theme day: post box
There we go, the actual photo. Nothing special at all because I couldn't come up with anything special. There is different types of post boxes around in London, I think that is one of the older examples. Then there is the ones with a slot for First Class and one for Second Class but they have been scrapped about a year ago I think. And Ham (my fellow London Daily Photo Blogger) took a photo of exactly the same style of box. But it's in a different place.

Yes, it is stylish and it looks familiar. So many bloggers have been attracted to this kind of mailbox and posted them from places far flung. Those Brits really got around!! Great vivid colour, too!

Ah, you can never have too much of a good thing. :-) These mailboxes are really kind of cool! Most countries seem to like red mailboxes.
